Refund policy


We accept returns on all Canadian orders within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Partial refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from your refund. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Full refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect shipments or manufacturing defects.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as refunds can take time to appear.

Final Sale Items

Only regular-priced or sale items are eligible for refunds. Final sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@yogbag.com.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
